What SteadyETF is

SteadyETF provides free, publicly-accessible calculators for backtesting ETF and portfolio performance using historical data. There are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to purchase. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, its API, or the underlying data
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically republish our calculated results or ETF data at scale without permission
• Misrepresent any calculator output as investment advice or a guaranteed outcome when sharing it with others

Intellectual property

The SteadyETF name, site design, and written content are ours. The underlying historical price, dividend, and split data is licensed from a third-party provider and is not ours to relicense, we don't grant you any rights to that underlying data beyond viewing it through our calculators.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculator results will be accurate or complete. See our Disclaimer for the fuller version of this.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyETF and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including any investment decision made using information from this site.

Changes to the site or these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and may update these terms as the site changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
